*RULE NO 1 -- THE BRAIN IS A SURVIVAL ORGAN WHICH EVOLVED WITH TIME
Our brain is designed to solve problems related to surviving in a unstable outdoor environment. And we the humans have been using it in nearly constant motion to survive long enough in the past. But as we humans evolved over time, our way of thinking and way of survival also evolved before time. If i ask you what is necessary ti survive? Astrongest body or a strongest brain? Maybee your answer is the strongest body. But we were never the strongest in the planet. But still we are not the strongest. But we have developed the most powerful brain over time and this is the real reason for our survival, in the past and even today. Our ability to solve problems, learn from mistakes and create alliances without the people help us to survive. We took over the world by learning to cooperate and farming teams with our neighbours. Because when we fight together we become even more powerful. And if our environment and neighbours support our goals then our creativity and productivity get improved even more. In one line creating relationships and understanding each other is our chief surviving tool. And if we fail to creating teams, building relationships and understanding each other. If our relationship with other is not good then that same environment can destroy our brain and life. And there can be death due to conflicts with each other.
*RULE NO 2 -- EXERCISE BOOSTS OUR BRAIN POWER
Researchers did a study on two types of populations who had different lifestyle from each other. The people of group A exercise daily and stay highly active. And the people of group B did not do any physical exercises and stay secendary. And the researchers found that Group A had higher cognitive score than Group B. By the way our brain is built for walking 12 miles a day. But if we exercise at least 30 minutes and 3 to 4 days a week, so ti will increase the energy of the brain and then it will increase the power of thinking and learning and energy of our brain. Because exercise gets bloods to our brain. Bringing it glucose for energy and oxygen to soak up the toxic electrons that aer left over. and the flow of oxygen can clear the brain fog and thinking block from our brain. It also simulates the protein that keeps connecting the neurons. Because those neurons increase the creativity and sharpness of the brain.
*RULE NO 3 -- SLEEP WELL THINK WELL
Good sleep makes our brain more active and productive, which increase the power of our thinking and learning. Proper sleep is most important for our brain. Due to lack of sleep our brain function, memory power, focus power is being decreased. Do you feel tired in the afternoon? Yes, it does not mean you're weak. We all feel this. That's because our brain wants to take a nap. A nap is normal. Because at 3 o'clock in the afternoon there is a war going on in the brain between two armies of biochemicals. One desperately tryind to keep you awake . While the other trying to force you to feel asleep. If it is possible at that time, then we should definetely take a nap for some time. In one study, it wasa found that a 26 minute nap improved a NASA pilot's performence by 34%. John Medina says when we are asleep the brain is not resting at all, it is almost active, and it is processing and learning information throughout the day. So, we must sleep in order to get an active and productive brain.
*RULE NO 4 -- STRESSED BRAIN DON'T LEARN THE SAME WAY
Our brain is built to deal with stress that lasts only 30 seconds. Too much stress damages our brain function, memory function, learning ability and thought process. Because taking too much stress damages our blood vessels, and can lead to heart attack. You have one brain. the same brain you have in home or work or in school. So if you are getting a high stress, it will affect your perfomance and work, that will decrese your chances to success in life. So if your home environment isa not fine, then this stress will feek you out or enclosure. And they will disappear your productivity and performance. Because of higher stress our body releases cortisol hormone which damage the cell of hippocampus. that crippling our ability to learn and remember. So if you realises that your civilization is not good, and it causes chronic stress, then fix it. Don't take stress in your office, school or home.
*RULE NO 5 -- EVERY BRAIN IS WIRED DIFFERENTLY
We were told in school that all of us have the same brain. But we wrongly assume that information. After a lot of research, scientiosts discovered that every human's brain is wired differently. And that information we were told in school is completely wrong. As we can develop our brain, our brain can be the same with others, but not even twins.Every student's brain, employee's brain, every customer's brain is wired differently. But when, our school knows that facts. And this can compare us with each others. Even our intellegence is measured by exam marks and credits. Where every person's brain is wired differenty.
*RULE NO 6 -- WE DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO BORING THINGS
We give attention to the things with our interest, emotion, culture is associator. Bigger, less - who you are the brain pays a attention to this. Can I eat it? Will it eat me? Can i built relationships with her? Does she likes me? The brain is not capable for multitasking, it is not designed for that. But yet, work places and schools actually encourage this type of multitasking. Research shows that because of multitsking, the rate of making mistakes and being failure goes up 50%.
*RULE NO 7 -- REPEAT TO REMEMBER
One brain stores only some important information for a long time. And the rest of the unimportant things, short term memory start erasing them. And that's why we nead vision board, sticky notes, remainders to remind our brain, that which information is important. If you forget your dreams and goals, and you want to remember it. But if you want to learn in it and if you want to be the best, then repeat that thing time by time, day by day and become perfect in it. because practice makes a man perfect.
*RULE NO 8 -- OUR SENSES WORK TOGETHER SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO USE THEM
Smells have an unusual power to bring that memories. But rain or fragrance you mind us of a person or situation. And the smell of popcorn directly reminds us to movie theatre. So if you wanna remember something when you study or work, then you can associate a fragrance and smell with it. Can be a food smell, can be a candle smell, so whenever you get that smell, you will easily remember the incident that happened or you read in the past.
*RULE NO 9 -- VISION TRUMPTS ALL OTHER SENSES
Vision is the most powerful sense of us. We learns and remembers the best through pictures, to written or spoken words. because look if you read a biography today and 5 years later you probably won't remember which line is on which page. You won't be able to remember that. But if you watch a film that have been made on the same biography, you will remember every sense and every line a very well. Remember you read history in school but you do remember everything about it? Can you explain everything about it? But you can remember every pictures you have read. How was the first human? How is the situation of war? Everything we learn the best is throw pictures. We are incredible at remembering pictures.
*RULE NO 10 -- MUSIC CAN MAKE OUR BRAIN SMARTER.
Dr madina's wife is a classical music composer. John Medina said, "As a brain scientist to wonder about how music affects my wife and me and my children—not just the way we think but the way we experience emotions. Research has on that when we perform or listen to our favourite song eat reduces anxiety, blood pressure and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness and memory. *RULE NO 11 -- MALE AND FEMALE BRAINS ARE DIFFERENT
Once a researcher hairy Kyle sold a horror film to the male and female together. and in males brain he found that only the right side of the brain is working but the left side of the brain is silent. on the other hand the only the left hemisphere of the female's brain is working and the right side of the brain was silent. And he discover that man and woman handle acute stress differently. The process setting enough differently. with this experiment John Miller describe that male and female brains are different.
*RULE NO 12 -- WE ARE POWERFUL AND NATURAL EXPLORERS
the desire 2 explore never stops despite the classrooms and cubicles we are stuffed into. With the humans are made to learn new things. Babies are the model of how we learn. Remember how cruisers where we in our childhood try to explore everything was around us not by passive reaction to the environment but by active testing through observations, hypothesis, experiment and conclusion. Babies methodically do experiments on objects for examining to see what they will do. Some peoples takes to hurt the power of exploration for 20% of their line. Employees may go where there mind ask them to go. The proof is in the bottom line. Fully 50% of new products including mail and news came from 20% time. So we should explore the most new things everyday.
